Zen-Fusion brings the restraint of Japanese interiors to a contemporary kitchen and dining space. Dark cabinetry and a black breakfast counter give the room its weight, balanced by warm timber floors, timber-clad storage and a deep green feature wall.
Light is layered rather than bright: a soft glow beneath the counter, focused downlights over the work surfaces and a linear zigzag pendant that draws a single graphic line through the space. A round mirror and a tall potted palm soften the geometry.
