1 Late sun through the louvres falls across the living room

Named after the piano piece, Fur-Elise is an interior composed like music: a few strong notes, repeated and varied. A deep teal sofa sets the tone against textured grey walls, while a low timber console, a floating shelf of books and a round white table complete the melody.

Light is the other instrument. Louvred windows cut the daylight into bands that move across the floor and furniture, so the room changes character from cool morning to warm evening — a space designed to be played in different keys through the day.
